This page explains what information we collect on gridshiftprogram.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English, the same way we write everything else on this site.
Information you give us — if you fill out a form: your name, email address, phone number, street address, ZIP code, and whether you have solar. If you only complete part of the form, we may retain what you entered up to that point (for example, your name and email).
Information collected automatically — like most websites: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how far you scroll, which tools you interact with, and how you arrived here (for example, the ad you clicked, via UTM parameters). We use our own analytics tool (ADW Pixel) for this measurement. Interactive tools on the page (like the ZIP lookup and bill estimator) run in your browser; the numbers you enter there are not sent to us unless you submit a form.
Text-message consent is never a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our ads work. This means:
You can learn about and control Meta's ad data practices at Meta's Privacy Policy and Ad Preferences.
We never sell your personal information.
We keep lead information for as long as it's needed to follow up with you and meet legal requirements, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time (see below).
This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new "last updated" date.
